Our Project Coach will provide practical project management training and consultancy as they teach and mentor the team as they prepare, plan and deliver a successful project so you benefit from a highly skilled project professional working on your key projects alongside your team - while your team develop and use new project management skills on your current projects.
How it works:
Our project coach will meet with the business lead, project sponsor, and project manager (if already appointed) to discuss potential projects and agree the approach, concept and agreed methodology.
They then meet with the Project Sponsor and Project Manager, review the project proposal and agree a timescale for the project and support
Our coach supports the project manager to plan and deliver the Project kick off meeting and share project management knowledge with the team
Project delivery continues with scheduled coaching support and interventions as agreed
Our coach will support regular project reviews to keep the project on track and help to ensure its success
At the end of project review our coach will help the project sponsor and project manager identify the strengths in their team and opportunities for further development.
Embedding new skills
Using the tools and templates on a real project enables people to experience and evaluate their effectiveness in their own workplace. Which leads to quicker adoption of new working practices than in traditional or certification based training.
